About our products

Everything sold here is artificial jewellery - plated brass, not solid gold or silver. Descriptions such as "18k gold plating" refer to the plating layer only, and never to the composition of the whole piece. We state this openly on every product page because we would rather you buy the right thing.

Pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. A struck-through price is the recommended retail price for a comparable piece, not a former price at which we sold it.

We may correct a price that is listed in error. If your order is affected, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when payment is taken. If a piece is out of stock after you order, we refund you in full within three working days.

Colour and appearance

Screens vary. Gold tones in particular photograph differently under different light. If a piece does not look as you expected, the seven-day return window covers exactly that situation.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for skin reactions to metals where the piece has been used outside our care instructions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
