Privacy policy

What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email, so we can send you what you bought.
- Contact messages: whatever you write to us, kept so we can follow up.
- Newsletter email: only if you subscribe, and only for the newsletter.
- Site analytics: pages visited and rough location, used to understand how the store is used.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data or rent it. We do not store card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, and card numbers never reach our systems.
Advertising and measurement
Our store runs on Shopify, and we use social and advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to reach people who may be interested in our pieces. These platforms may set cookies or similar technologies that record your activity on this site and connect it to activity elsewhere, in order to measure our advertising and show you relevant ads. Those platforms process that information under their own privacy policies.
You can limit this through your browser's cookie settings, your device's ad-tracking settings, or the ad preferences offered by each platform.
Who we share it with
Only the parties required to run the store and complete your order: our courier partner (name, address, phone), our payment provider (transaction details), Shopify as our store platform, our email provider if you subscribe, and the advertising and analytics providers described above.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, as tax law requires. Contact messages for two years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Email contact@yourfavouritecorner.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within thirty days. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
We use cookies to remember your bag between visits, to keep the store working, and to measure how it is used. Advertising cookies are covered in the section above.
