About the jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?
Stainless steel with a gold-tone plated finish and a protective outer seal. Stainless steel is an iron-chromium alloy with no copper in it, which is what makes it resist tarnishing.
Is this real gold?
No. It is gold-tone plating over stainless steel - artificial jewellery, also called fashion or imitation jewellery. We say so plainly on every product page. You get the look of gold at a small fraction of the price, on a base metal that does not corrode.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Stainless steel is a common choice for sensitive skin because the alloy is stable and releases very little. Most grades do contain nickel bound within the alloy, so if you have a diagnosed nickel allergy, message us before ordering and we will tell you what we know about the specific piece. Our seven-day returns cover you either way.
Will it turn my skin green?
It shouldn't. Green marks come from copper in the base metal reacting against skin, and stainless steel contains no copper. Skin chemistry does vary, so if anything goes wrong within seven days of delivery, our returns cover it.

Durability and care
How long will my piece keep its colour?
Longer than copper-based fashion jewellery, though there is no fixed number and we will not invent one. The steel underneath does not corrode; what wears is the plated colour on top. How fast depends on exposure - humidity, perfume, and water. The care guide covers all three.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Not the pool, and not a hot shower. Chlorine attacks the plated finish directly, and heat accelerates wear. Hand-washing, rain, and sanitiser are all fine.
Ordering and delivery
How much is shipping?
Free across India on orders over ₹999. Below that it is a flat ₹79.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery is typically 3-5 business days across India, depending on your pin code.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. We are working on it - the newsletter will carry the announcement.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and net banking. Orders are paid for at checkout - we do not offer cash on delivery.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Seven days from delivery, on unworn pieces in their original pouch. Return shipping within India is free - we arrange the pickup. Refunds reach your account within 5-7 working days of the piece arriving back with us.
Can I exchange for a different piece?
Yes, within the same seven-day window. If the new piece costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we refund it. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if the seal on the pouch is unbroken.
My piece arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph it before doing anything else and email us within 48 hours. We send a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the damaged piece - you are not out of pocket and you do not wait for the return to complete.
Sizing and gifting
How do I know what size to order?
Exact measurements are listed on each product page. For bracelets, wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, and measure it with a ruler - our size guide has the full method.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in a reusable pouch inside a rigid box, at no extra cost. Add a gift note in the order comments and we will write it by hand and leave the invoice out of the parcel.
