About the jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?
A lead-free brass core, a palladium-based anti-tarnish barrier, one micron of 18k gold plating, and a clear protective e-coat. The same four-layer build is used on every piece we sell.
Is this real gold?
No. It is 18k gold plating over brass - artificial jewellery, also called fashion or imitation jewellery. We say so plainly on every product page. You get the colour and weight of gold at a small fraction of the price, with a barrier layer so the colour lasts.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Every piece is nickel-free and lead-free. Nickel is the most common metal allergy in India, and many brands use it as the barrier layer precisely where it touches skin once plating wears. We use palladium instead.
Will it turn my skin green?
No. Green marks come from copper in the base metal reaching your skin. The palladium barrier exists to block exactly that.

Durability and care
How long will my piece keep its colour?
With normal wear and proper care, one to three years. The main variables are humidity, perfume contact, and whether the piece goes into water - the care guide covers all three.
Can I wear it in the shower or the pool?
Not the pool, and not a hot shower. Chlorine attacks the protective coat directly, and heat opens the plating's pores. Hand-washing, rain, and sanitiser are all fine.
Ordering and delivery
How much is shipping?
Free across India on orders over ₹999. Below that it is a flat ₹79.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Delivery is typically 2-5 days within North India and 3-7 days elsewhere in the country, depending on your pin code.
Do you ship outside India?
Not currently. We are working on it - the newsletter will carry the announcement.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹3,000.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
Seven days from delivery, on unworn pieces in their original pouch. Return shipping within India is free - we arrange the pickup. Refunds reach your account within 5-7 working days of the piece arriving back with us.
Can I exchange for a different piece?
Yes, within the same seven-day window. If the new piece costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less we refund it. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if the seal on the pouch is unbroken.
My piece arrived damaged. What now?
Photograph it before doing anything else and email us within 48 hours. We send a replacement immediately and arrange collection of the damaged piece - you are not out of pocket and you do not wait for the return to complete.
Sizing and gifting
How do I know what bracelet size to order?
Wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, and measure the length with a ruler. Chain bracelets fit 15-21 cm with the extender; the open cuff fits 15-18 cm. Our size guide has the full method.
What chain lengths do pendants come with?
Between 40 cm and 45 cm, adjustable. Lengths differ slightly by pendant so that two or three can be layered without tangling.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in a reusable pouch inside a rigid box, at no extra cost. Add a gift note in the order comments and we will write it by hand and leave the invoice out of the parcel.
