Shipping and returns

Shipping

• Free across India on orders over ₹999.
• ₹79 flat on orders below ₹999.
• Dispatched within 24 working hours.
• Delivery in 2-5 days across North India, 3-7 days elsewhere in the country.
• Tracking details are sent by SMS and email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

We do not currently ship outside India.

Returns

You have seven days from delivery to return anything that is unworn and in its original pouch. Return shipping within India is free - message us and we arrange the pickup.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of the piece reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the pouch seal is unbroken.

Exchanges

Same seven-day window. Pay the difference if the new piece costs more; we refund it if it costs less. Exchanges ship as soon as the original is collected - you do not wait for it to arrive back with us.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the parcel and the piece before doing anything else, and email us within 48 hours. We dispatch a replacement immediately and collect the damaged piece ourselves.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has left us, treat it as a return.
