Shipping

  • Free across India on orders over ₹999.
  • ₹79 flat on orders below ₹999.
  • Dispatched within 24 working hours.
  • Delivery in 3–5 business days across India.
  • Tracking details are sent by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.

We do not currently ship outside India. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next working day.

Payment

Orders are paid for at checkout by UPI, credit or debit card, or net banking. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Tracking and delays

If you have not received tracking within two working days of ordering, email contact@yourfavouritecorner.com.

Occasionally courier networks are disrupted by weather, strikes, or local restrictions. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window we will email you with an update.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and pincode before completing checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Reshipping charges may apply.

Returns

You have seven days from delivery to return anything that is unworn and in its original pouch. Return shipping within India is free — email contact@yourfavouritecorner.com and we arrange the pickup.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the pouch seal is unbroken.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us.

We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Same seven-day window. Pay the difference if the new piece costs more; we refund it if it costs less. Exchanges ship as soon as the original is collected — you do not wait for it to arrive back with us.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the parcel and the piece before doing anything else, and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We dispatch a replacement immediately and collect the damaged piece ourselves, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch. Once a parcel has left us, treat it as a return.
