Jewellery Size Guide
Two minutes, a strip of paper, and a ruler. Exact measurements for every piece are listed on its own product page - this is how to work out what will fit you.
Wrap a strip of paper snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Mark where the end overlaps, lay it flat, and measure to the mark. That is your wrist measurement. Add 1.5 cm for a comfortable bracelet fit, or 2.5 cm for a looser one. Most adult wrists measure between 15 cm and 18 cm.
Bracelets
Most of our chain bracelets have an extender at the clasp, so a single size covers a range of wrists. Check the listed length on the product page and compare it against your measurement plus the allowance above.
Open cuffs have no clasp. They can be eased slightly open or closed with both hands - do it slowly, a few millimetres at a time, and never repeatedly, as bending metal back and forth weakens it.
Necklaces and pendants
Chain length decides where a pendant sits. As a general guide:
| Length | Where it sits | Works well with |
|---|---|---|
| 40 cm | At the base of the throat | Open collars, high necklines |
| 42 cm | Just below the collarbone | Everyday, the most versatile length |
| 45 cm | On the upper chest | Layering under a shorter chain |
| 50 cm and above | Lower on the chest | Longer pendants, layered looks |
To measure: use a piece of string around your neck at the height you want the chain to sit, then measure the string flat.
Earrings
Drop length is measured from the top of the earring to the lowest point, and is listed on each product page. For scale, a 25 mm hoop is roughly the width of a five-rupee coin, and a 40 mm drop reaches about halfway between the earlobe and the jaw on most people.
Weight matters as much as size. Heavier earrings pull on the piercing over a long day, which is why we favour lighter builds.
If it still does not fit
Send it back within seven days and we will exchange or refund it, with return shipping on us. Sizing is genuinely hard to judge from a screen and we do not think you should pay for that.
